MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and a very exciting 2009! I ran out of time and did not send out Christmas cards. So, I thought I would put this card together to at least send a family Christmas greeting out via e-mail, my blog and facebook. I have more pictures of Lydia's first Christmas posted on facebook.

Thanks for a wonderful 2008. I look forward to what all 2009 has in store. I am starting to book more weddings for 2009. Please email me ASAP if you want to reserve your wedding date.

Grandbabies

I know from my three how hard it is to get everyone together in one frame. I guess a 5, 3 and 8 month old just do not find my need for pictures that important! I can understand the frustration and wish I had a camera to get a shot of those of us behind the camera trying to capture the attention of our little ones. It can be quite amusing! Anyway, I love taking family shots and this one with the grandbabies is no exception.

I took Christmas pictures last year for this family and the weather was perfect. We had some fun outside and the girls ended the shoot playing with the leaves. This year, it was pouring rain on the day of our shoot so we moved things inside. The kids did great and my favorites are the ones of them being silly! I feel those shots truly capture the moment and generate instant smiles. I have posted some from last year just to see how much everyone has grown. What a difference a year makes.

Now for fun!

The Wellness Community-Atlanta Northside

Last month, I went to The Wellness Community at Atlanta Northside to take pictures of their special Chocolate Tastin' event for Breast Cancer Survivors. This is a great organization and a place where those who have cancer in their life can go to for support and friendship. They offer incredible programs and support for those individuals diagnosed with cancer and also have programs for family members as well. Here are a few shots from the event. I even got to dip a few treats in the chocolate fountain myself. Chocolate covered pineapple was a first for me and it was quite good! YUMMY!

I invite you to check them out and visit their site. Good stuff!
