Wow- it has been a long time since I last posted something on here. Here are some pictures from a wedding I did last month. It was actually the same day as my wedding anniversary so it was really fun to capture someone's special day on our anniversary. You will see this couple's engagement photos earlier this summer. Such a sweet couple and wedding! Excited we now share the same wedding day!

Heather and Kevin

This was such a sweet wedding and I saw so many familiar faces. I met the couple last year when I photographed Kevin's sister's wedding. Heather and her mom were bridemaids and I was thrilled when Heather asked me to do her wedding as well. I also got a glimpse of what my husband, John, will be like when our daughter gets married. Lydia is only 15 months so we have a LONG time before that happens. There was such a neat father/daughter connection with Heather and her daddy and I just pray that Lydia has that same connection with her daddy. Thanks so much for letting me be apart of your special day. It has been an honor getting to know your families.

Christie-Leigh & Michael

Last week, I had the privelege of capturing Christie-Leigh and Michael's wedding. It was pouring down rain when I left my house and I was worried because the wedding was set to be outside. But, as I neared McDonough the sky was blue and the sun was out. The rain stayed away and we felt a few drops right after the ceremony when we were taking pictures. WHEW!! What a blessing!
